Depending on the number of services you have and the number of Ingress controllers, that latency sounds about right. Also note that the first time you set things up it might take a few minutes but once that is done, the update latency should be even less.

Also an update, we’ve started supporting a few of the features mentioned in your list such as advanced TLS support, IP whitelisting support. Also constantly working on improving the latency in applying the changes.
